Delivery costs and payment terms
All prices are final prices and include VAT.
Delivery is available within the EU and Great Britain only and depends on the weight of the goods to be shipped.
For heavier shipments, the order will be split into several parcels and the delivery charges will be added accordingly. The actual delivery charges for your order will be displayed in your shopping basket.
Please note: In some cases, delivery by freight forwarder is preferable to delivery by parcel service. This decision is at the discretion of the sender. Should this result in additional costs, we will of course consult with you.

Delivery via DPD
If you exercise an existing right of withdrawal , you must bear the standard costs of returning the goods. This also applies if, at the time of withdrawal, you have not yet provided the consideration or made a contractually agreed partial payment.
Terms of payment
Payment may be made either in advance by bank transfer or via PayPal, or using the payment methods offered by PayPal, such as credit card or direct debit. If you choose to pay in advance, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation. The invoice amount must be transferred to our account within 10 days. Business customers may also pay on account. The invoice amount for purchases on account is payable net within 30 days without any discount. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods. You may only exercise a right of retention insofar as the claims arise from the same contractual relationship.
