Using a ring binder hold-down clip is intuitive: simply place it on the open rings and press down once the mechanism has been closed. This secures the sheets directly to the back of the folder. The result is a neat, flat stack of documents, which makes turning the pages easier and prevents pages from getting caught in the hinge when the folder is closed.

Do the document holders also fit in narrow folders?

Yes, our document holders are designed to be flat. They take up very little space and can therefore be used effectively in both narrow spine widths and wide 80 mm archive folders.
