- Version with press-fit head: The head is permanently pressed into the shaft (e.g. with a hammer). This connection is permanent and is perfect for products that must remain tamper-proof or permanently secured.
Easy installation without special tools
Installing our Chicago screws is incredibly simple. As the diameter of the screw shaft is 5 mm as standard, a standard office hole punch (5.5 mm hole) is sufficient to prepare the material. Simply insert the shaft, place the head on top and screw or press it in – and the flush, clean binding is complete.
