Step-by-step: Correct handling
Our mechanisms are designed so that you can transfer papers directly from the Lever Arch Mechanism without having to thread the sheets individually:
Use with 2-part systems (e.g. bundling clips & Archive Clips)
- Open the mechanism of your folder.
- Hold the ends of the filing bracket against the tips of the Lever Arch Mechanisms.
- Slide the entire stack of paper onto the bracket.
- Thread the cover strip onto the bracket and fold the bracket ends over to the side to secure it.
Use with 3-part systems (e.g. Tube Mechanisms, Tube Mechanisms with Flexi-Binding)
- First, attach the cover strip to the filing bracket.
- Hold the bracket against the tips of the folder’s Lever Arch Mechanism and slide the stack onto the bracket.
- Connect the clip to the tube (or the File Prongs) and slide the sheets onto it.
- Finally, secure the documents with the cover strip.
