Do standard credit cards fit into the hard plastic sleeves?
Yes, our sleeves are designed to the international standard format (ISO/IEC 7810, approx. 85.6 x 54 mm), which is used worldwide for ID cards, staff passes and credit cards.
Do the sleeves also offer protection against unauthorised reading (RFID protection)?
These standard hard plastic sleeves are primarily designed for mechanical protection. If you require a special RFID blocker, we would be happy to advise you on our corresponding security models.
Can I leave the card in the sleeve when using a contactless reader?
Yes, the radio waves from RFID or NFC cards are not blocked by the transparent hard plastic. It is therefore usually possible to read the card at terminals without removing it.
