In the modern manufacture of folders, textiles or high-quality packaging, precision down to the millimetre is essential. Instead of wasting time manually cutting yard goods to length, we provide you with custom-made rubber cuts tailored to your order. Thanks to the robust textile wrapping, the material is extremely durable, retains its elasticity over time and, thanks to the precise machine cut, delivers absolutely consistent results for your workflow.

Two variants for your specific application

Depending on your project requirements, we offer two different material forms as cut-to-size pieces:

  • Flat elastic tape cuts: With a width of approx. 5 mm, ideal for sewing together with industrial sewing machines, for securing with rivets or for use in ring binders and diaries.
  • Round elastic cords: The classic choice for elastic loops, decorative fastenings on premium boxes or as ceiling hangers at the point of sale (POS).
  • Wide range of colours: Choose from up to 21 different shades to transform functional fastenings into real design highlights.
  • Custom lengths: As standard, we produce lengths from 50 mm to 590 mm, but we are also happy to produce your specific custom sizes on request.

Advantages of machine-finished production

Our elastic strips leave all options for further processing open to you. The ends can be easily knotted, secured with eyelets or sewn directly into textiles. As we operate as a direct manufacturer in Germany, we guarantee extremely short delivery times despite individual dimensional specifications. This reduces your stock levels and completely eliminates waste in your production.

Why should I buy pre-cut lengths rather than elastic by the metre?

Pre-cut lengths save a huge amount of production time, as there is no need for manual measuring and cutting. You also receive guaranteed uniformity across all pieces with no waste.

Can I sew the elastic band or cord without any problems?

Yes, both variants are textile-covered. The Flat Elastics on Spool 500 m, in particular, lie flat under the presser foot and are ideal for use with industrial sewing machines.

Are the elastic strips durable and washable?

Our materials are designed for long-term use. The high-quality braiding protects the elastic core from premature wear, ensuring that the tension is maintained even with frequent stretching.
