Technical properties and format advantages

moog & langenscheidt has been manufacturing in Germany since 1906. Our cords are optimised for efficient work processes:

  • 2 mm PP-Cords: The fine version for lightweight displays, hang tags, decorative lacing or for sewing into textiles.
  • 5 mm PP-Cords: The robust version with high breaking strength, ideal as a carrying cord for heavy sample cases or for industrial tensioning.
  • Braided structure: The tight braiding ensures excellent grip and optimal load distribution.
  • Weather-resistant: Polypropylene absorbs virtually no water, is mould-resistant and retains its shape even in damp environments.

Colourful variety and easy processing

Functionality meets design: Our PP-Cords are available in an extensive range of colours. For further processing, the cord can be heat-sealed: the ends can simply be fused together using heat to permanently prevent the structure from unravelling.
