Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

Can barcodes be read through the labelling pockets?

Yes, our pockets and label holders are made from highly transparent material that is permeable to conventional barcode scanners. This allows stock-taking and bookkeeping to be carried out without having to remove the label.

Do the labels adhere to curved surfaces?

Our flexible magnetic label holders and pockets adapt to slight curves (e.g. on round shelf columns), provided there is sufficient contact with the metal surface.

Are the information frames suitable for use in cold stores?

Our magnetic systems are temperature-resistant and can generally also be used in cool environments. However, in the event of extreme sub-zero temperatures, we recommend briefly testing the adhesive strength beforehand, as materials may contract slightly in the cold.
