What shaft length do I need for my sample fan?
The shaft length should correspond exactly to the thickness of your pressed sample stack. If the shaft is too long, the binding will be loose; if it is too short, the thread will not grip. We stock lengths ranging from a few millimetres up to large custom sizes.
Can I reopen Binding Screws at a later date?
Yes, provided you choose the version with a screw head. This allows you to replace or add individual sheets or samples at any time. If press-fit heads are used, however, the binding is permanently sealed.
